Mountain Biking

A true bikers’ heaven unfolds between the highest peaks of the Eastern Alps: 400 km of biking trails in every grade of difficulty will set every biker’s pulse racing. Sweat-soaked ascents to spectacular vantage points, exciting pass crossings and challenging single trails as well as easy valley tours and side valleys with wide family trails are just waiting to be explored.

Bike map

The 1:80,000 Bike Explorer map covers the Upper Engadin region as well as the Bergell, Val Poschiavo and Livigno (Italy). In addition to biking trails showing grades of difficulty and touring tips with height profiles, it contains information on bike hotels and shops in the Engadin.

 

The map is available in shops and local information offices from Maloja to Zernez as well as online at www.bike-explorer.com

 

Bike transport

Plenty of action along half the stretch, then save your energy and head for fun! The mountain rail & cableways in Celerina and St. Moritz are firm believers in this motto and now offer a taxi service to superb starting points for bike routes.
