The Winter Exhibition "White: Marble and Colour, from ancient times to the present" displays over 20 works from several eras, and is devoted entirely to the mysterious power and elegance of white marble and the colour white when used in painting. The result is a dialogue between monochrome two and three dimensional works. Works of art by the following artists are presented: Jean Arp, Saint Clair Cemin, Lucio Fontana, Tom Sachs, Agostino Bonalumi, Enrico Castellani, Robert Barry, Giulio Paolini, Ai Weiwei and others.
The Exhibition has been presented in New York, London and Milan, and reviewed by the world's leading newspapers, such as the New York Times, whose critic wrote: "...The marble show, a pleasureable romp through objects, figures and portrait busts from different millennia, filled with allusions which alternate between decadence and purity, the classical and grotesque...".
