Top chefs from all over the world encourage young talent and stars in the tradition-rich kitchen brigades of the St. Moritz "world village", kindle their culinary art in friendly exchange and promote quality and creativity in the leading gastronomic region in the Alps. Each year the event focuses on a specific theme.
