Venice-St. Moritz-Tour

The Venice-St. Moritz tour is a new railway and postbus trip launched in 2008. It links the lagoon city of Venice on the Adriatic with Olympic St. Moritz (1,856 m altitude) in the Swiss Alps – as well as with six UNESCO World Heritage sites and the Swiss National Park. The trip can be made in either direction throughout the year and takes around 8 hours depending on the timetable.

A tour through the loveliest landscapes, linking the UNESCO world wonder of Venice (at sea level) with Olympic St. Moritz on the “roof of Europe” in the Swiss Alps (1,856 metres above sea level). This world-class cultural and panoramic journey with a host of highlights can be made every day and in environmentally friendly fashion by rail and postbus.
