A summer packed with highlights
In the summer after the World Ski Championships, St. Moritz will show itself in the best shape and a celebratory mood. In this newsletter, we have picked out some of the highlights for you: 10 years of the Festival da Jazz with a fantastic anniversary program, 140 classic cars participating in the British Classic Car Meeting St. Moritz, and the entire month of August dedicated to Ferrari. Furthermore, in September, the Sailing Champions League will be held on Lake St. Moritz for the first time. A whole lot of possibilities to party in style. See you soon in St. Moritz!
Festival da Jazz St. Moritz
Jubilee edition starring Jamie Cullum
This summer the St. Moritz Jazz Festival celebrates its tenth birthday. From July 5 to 31, 2017 there will be some first-class jazz concerts in and around St. Moritz. And superstar Jamie Cullum will be giving a free-entry concert up on the Muottas Muragl.
70 years of Ferrari
Happy Birthday – St. Moritz celebrates Ferrari
Ferrari will be 70 this year. In honour of the coveted Italian brand, August is the month of the «Cavallino Rampante» in St. Moritz. The central element of «Ferrari @ Passione Engadina» is a high-calibre Ferrari exhibition from 11 to 27 August during which 20 historic racing cars will be displayed in downtown St. Moritz. Wait, that's not all.
24th BCCM St. Moritz
140 classic cars starting
From July 7 to 9, 2017 the 24th edition of the British Classic Car Meeting St. Moritz takes place. 140 high-calibre classic cars are registered for this year's event. The rally will lead from St. Moritz to Chiavenna, and over the Splügen and Albula passes back to the Engadine. The popular Concours d'Elégance takes place on Sunday July 9 in St. Moritz village centre.
Save the date
New event: elite European sailing clubs meeting in St. Moritz
From September 1 to 3, 2017 Europe's best sailing clubs will be competing on the Lake of St. Moritz to qualify for the grand finale of the SAILING Champions League. One up to St. Moritz for yet another first-class event.
New mountain biking magazine available
Featuring gripping stories and captivating images, the magazine «Currently», first published in 2017 by native photographer Filip Zuan, provides a snapshot of the Engadine biking community. «Currently» is a complimentary magazine. You can pick up your copy at the St. Moritz tourist office in St. Moritz Dorf, or order it online at the St. Moritz's online shop.
