For more than a quarter of a century, always at the beginning of each year, the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival has been bringing together selected stars and icons from kitchens all around the world. For nine days top-class guest chefs, together with the equally distinguished executive chefs at the festival partner hotels, will no doubt make epicurean hearts beat a little faster. An incomparable programme variety will be offered: The Grand Julius Baer Opening at the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz will kick-off the festival, where the first group of guest chef as well as all local chefs will indulge the guests by offering first samples of their culinary skills.
Six evenings offering Gourmet Dîners and Gourmet Safaris as well as diverse special events, tastings and first-class champagne and wine events will follow. The Kitchen Party at the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel will be the summit meeting at the mid-point of the festival featuring all nine guest chefs, before the first group says goodbye to the Upper Engadine and the second brigade of celebrity chefs takes over the culinary command. The crowning glory of the festival is provided by the celebrations as part of the glamorous Great BMW Gourmet Finale at the Suvretta House in St. Moritz.
The names of all guest chefs as well as the detailed programme will be announced this autumn. Advance ticket sale for the events starts beginning of November.
