The «Rink of Saints» brings ice-hockey champions back to St. Moritz

World-class ice hockey has not been played in St. Moritz since the 1948 Winter Olympics. Now we have to wait no longer: from February 15 to 17, 2018 four of Europe's best teams will be competing for the All Saints Cup on the open-air ice rink at the Kulm hotel in St. Moritz.

1928 and 1948 were big years for St. Moritz when the world's sporting elite were hosted here at two Winter Olympics. Ninety and seventy years later respectively, a spectacular Rink of Saints event will be held on the Kulm Country Club's open-air ice rink. The highlight will be from February 15 to 17, when four of Europe's leading teams will be competing for the All Saints Cup 2018. None less than the IHC Kloten, HC Lugano, HC Plzeň and IHC Red Bull Munich will thrill about 1500 spectators in February. And at what better venue than the Kulm Park? This first hotel in St. Moritz looks back indeed on a long sporting history, during which it has updated itself again and again. No wonder the Kulm hotel plays a leading role in St. Moritz's latest attraction by providing the ideal setting for The Rink of Saints.

But the Kulm hotel rink not only hosts Europe's ice-hockey elite. On the occasion of its centenary, St. Moritz IHC will be playing the last three games of this season at the Rink of Saints. And the little ones will also make it big time: as a foretaste, our young talent will be competing on February 15 in the Piccolo Tournament. On the very next day, former stars will show who still masters the ice at a Hockey Legends match between the Swiss and Grisons teams. And that weekend will certainly belong to the professionals when the IHC Kloten, HC Lugano, HC Plzeň and EHC Red Bull Munich compete for the All Saints Cup 2018.
